Returns & Exchange procedure
Returns/Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at the full retail price. The costs for the returns/exchanges are for your own account. In case your return concerns a wrongly delivered item, or a defect, JOY. the muse will take care of the costs concerning the return. In this case, please contact us.
You will find a return form with your received parcel. Please note that products that you have bought online cannot be returned to any retail store and vice versa. Returned goods must be in a condition that corresponds to normal use for checking the goods - as is usual in conventional shops for the purpose of trying them on - and must have their original label. If the goods have deteriorated due to a more extensive use, we reserve the right to demand compensation. Please also note the legally prescribed instructions on legal rights for returning goods in our Terms and Conditions.
In case you have returned (part) items to us we will make sure to process your refund as soon as possible (if applicable). In order to get a full refund it is important that we receive the goods in the same state you received them. Refund takes place as soon as we have received and accepted your products. We refund in the same way we received your payment. For example: If you have paid with a credit card we will refund to your credit card. In general you should receive a refund within 30 days.
